Guerlain Shalimar Initial Parfum is the latest fragrance from the talented perfumer Thierry Wasser. Guerlain Shalimar Initial is a fruity gourmand, oriental scent which opens with citrus notes but is primarily a floral powdery iris scent with a white musk base note. Guerlain Shalimar Initial also features bergamot, green and fruity notes, rose, jasmine, patchouli, vetiver, vanilla and tonka bean. The fragrance is captivating and successfully targets itself towards a younger market than what Guerlain is traditionally known for.
The glamorous retro clear bottle that holds the soft pink fragrance of Guerlain Shalimar Initial was originally designed by Jade Jagger. Natalia Vodianova, representing the modern ‘Eve’ naked, is stunningly photographed by Paolo Roversi for the advertising campaign of the new Guerlain Shalimar Initial.
